The Wonders of Wellington

Playgrounds... (the whole trip, in the minds of the girls, was about playgrounds! We saw a few!)

The marvels of city life

...And trains! We took a short trip up and down the line from Wellington Central Station, and the girls thought they were made!

Waiting for the return train.

The playground (or one of) at the Wellington foreshore

At Te Papa, New Zealand's National Museum. You stood the tiles to activate a screen on the wall about the area you stood on. Kadesh stands on the Hokitika tile.

At the Dutch shop in Petone, Wellington.

With his children - Malcolm McEwen, Diana Blight, and Beth Voss

Minstrel Malcolm. Our girls loved this guy. He spent the day with a guitar in hand and a trail of kids behind him.
